μπορω να βρω αντιστοιχο του 2SK2231 power n-MOSFET Toshiba

ειναι για ενα cnc-pcb ruter 3axis driver .

και αν ξερει κανεις αν το IRFZ44 ειναι αντιστοιχο του IRLFZ44

Κάπου βρήκα αυτά σαν ισοδύναμα

PHP15N06E , IRLIZ14G.

Το Mosfet αυτό παίζει σαν "chopper regulator" και μπορείς να βρεις το ισοδύναμο κύκλωμα του με το 555 εδώ

Στις οδηγιες για το 2SK2231 λεει:

This is designed to control unipolar stepper motors. The FETs used
can switch up to 2 A/phase, running from a maximum of 40 V rails. This is
not a chopper controller—the circuit powering the stepper coils is like a voltage
source not like a current source, so the torque will drop quickly with speed.
