In response to requests from its customers, the company will manufacture the DC-AC power supplies that drive the cold-cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFL) in LCD back lighting applications to support displays of all sizes.
The custom backlight inverters can power from just a single bulb up to a collection of 16 and offer output power from 3 to 120W, making them suitable for applications as diverse as LCD TV, gaming, medical, industrial, and POS kiosks.
Dimming, low-power standby and high-peak functionality options are all available in customised packages.
